We can offer the all the great products at Bicester Village, to you, thanks to our unique personal shopping service, for anything that is in stock at any of the outlets stores, We can usually deliver these faster than the stores themselves and send them tracked next day, You can choose from our listed products on the website or you can even send us specific requests, just give us the name of the product, and if you can some images and our team will do the rest.
We do of course charge a nominal fee for this Concierge Service, all prices on the website are correct at time of uploading and include our fee, Carriage and Packing is extra, everything sent out is in an Instant Finds protective box and sent tracked via RMSD
You are able to choose your shipping option at the checkout, we ship nationally and Internationally, all postage is charged at standard rate.
Please note that unfortunately some stores do not offer refunds due to their company policies. Therefore we can not offer refunds on those items, if in any doubt please check with us before purchasing
