Purchased the wallet and miss read the advert which was my mistake so it didn’t come with the zip pull for the coin section. The seller responded asap to that initial email and offered to help source the correct zip pull for it- nearly 3 weeks have gone by and after sending a further 2 emails seeking clarification on if they are helping or not I still haven’t had a reply. I even asked for a refund but didn’t get a reply. In the end I emailed mulberry direct and they were more helpful in sourcing. As I said the items are as stated but would I use this seller again- no way. Not with the lack of communication or complete lack of customer care after a purchase has been made.
